Do you remember the phrases: „Cała Polska jest Błękitna” ("The whole Poland is blue"), „Błękitni przejechali się po Pasach” ("The Blues crashed the Stripes"), and „Sensacja! Błękitni gromią Lecha!” ("Shock! Blekitni beat Lech!")? This happened just a few weeks ago. The third-division club from West Pomerania was the hottest topic in the entire Poland - and not just in football. Radio stations, television and websites were full of information about Błękitni team shortly after the first leg of the Polish Cup semi-final against Lech Poznań.
If Błękitni managed to secure a two-goal advantage in the capital of Greater Poland, they were also capable of achieving something spectacular! A brilliant surprise for the thousands of fans in the country. After a dramatic duel, ended with a play-off, they failed to qualify to the Polish Cup final. Zbigniew Boniek, the President of the Polish Football Association, recognized the effort and sportsmanship of "Cinderella from Stargard" and invited the team to the National Stadium as the third hero of the final clash.

Unique, original t-shirts of Polish National Team and such Cypriot clubs, as Anorthosis Famagusta and APOEL Nicosia can be yours! All three are belonged to Wojciech Kowalczyk. He will make special dedications on it!
Wojciech Kowalczyk, an ambassador and friend of the club Błękitni Stargard Szczecinski, who charmed him by his attitude in the Polish Cup. "Kowal" joined the project "Blue Dream Continues", whereby club from Pomerania will obtain a set of match kits and be able to go for professional training camp. Now He go through with his three T-shirts from career collection. One of them has the number 11. The white and red one. - Kowalczyk appeared 39 times and scored 11 goals in official matches of the Polish national team. The last - in 1999 in a match with Finland. It was a thousandth goal for the "White-red" in history. "Eleven" is so unique in this aspect.
Two other T-shirts come from the period of the Cypriot League. - I performed in Anorthosisie Famagusta and later in the APOEL Nicosia, who recently played in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. In my first season in Anorthosisie I was chosen as the best player in league and won the title of top scorer. Lately, in debut in APOEL I scored a beautiful goal in the UEFA Cup, right in the window. In Nicosia I won the title of champion of Cyprus too. It was extremely successful. – said “Kowal”.

Do you know former member of the Blekitni Academy, wtho scored a famous club Liverpool FC and led them to dropout from cups? Yes, he’s obviously Wieslaw Wraga - the Ambassador of the "Blue dream continues!"
Wieslaw Wraga as former member of the club from Stargard had the honor of playing in the Polish national team - was already a player Widzew Lodz. Great Widzew, who in the 70s and 80s eliminated from European competitions such titans as Juventus, Liverpool FC, Manchester City or Manchester United. In March 1983 in the quarter-finals of the European Cup Widzew defeated Liverpool 2:0, and the results established in the 80 minute 19-year-old Wieslaw Wraga. He did it in amazing ways – After a long pass from Andrzej Grębosz, with "only" 167 cm height he hit the ball with head and defeated the famous Bruce Grobbelaar. - Leo Messi is about two centimeters higher. If someone remembers that he scored the goal with his head in the penalty area line? - Wiesiek loughts. - In April, when Błękitni played with Lech Poznan, that game reminded me of goal of the game against Liverpool and our whole competition. Liverpool was one of the three or four strongest teams in the world. We also had a few well-known players, e.g. Młynarczyk, Tłokiński or Smolarek, but nobody gave us a chance of promotion. We lost 2 to 3 in the second leg, but it was enough for us. It was the same like situation of Blekitni, which I have in my heart and for which I kept fingers crossed. I believe that in three weeks They will celebrate promotion to the second division - says the new Ambassador of the project, who played in Stargard in 1981/82.

Dariusz Dudka joined as Ambassador of the "Blue dream continues", appreciating the great game in the Polish Cup. - I wish they appeared in the final at the National Stadium, because it would be something incredible. Not only for them, but the rest of the country. I am cheering for them not because they eliminated Cracovia, and could also do the same with Lech Poznan. The guys from Stargard impressed me with his ambition and tactical preparation - says Dariusz Dudka, an outstanding player of polish national team. The white-and-red shirt he played 65 games with the white-and-red shirt, but before he started performing pro, gained skills in Amica Wronki. There he met the current coach of Błękitni Krzysztof Kapuściński. – I competed with “Kapusta” (en. Cabbage) for a place in junior team. -For me, it’s team of the year – said Wojciech Kowalczyk, former national polish team captain, after the first semi-final match of the Polish Cup.
A 39-fold polish national team player had an opportunity to comment Błękitni cup matches in Polsat Sport, big polish sport TV station. – Commonly, be a commentator of the lower-division clubs matches is just a sad duty. For Błękitni, it’s none but pleasure. It’s not like Błękitni shown only a team spirit and sacrifice, because it wasn’t enough for winning with Cracovia or Lech. Błękitni have big amount of skill, and smart coach, who can make them well-prepared for every problem – said popular former player, also known as ‘’Kowal” – True-polish Team, full of passion and ambition. Please, folks, be with them as I am! - yells Wojciech Kowalczyk and donates the project with 3 t-shirts from his past – great years with Natonal Team, APOEL Nicosia and Anorthosis Famagusta!
